I think smokers who go outside for a smoke break often are as addicted to fresh air, sunshine and a break from their computer monitors as much as they are addicted to nicotine. Take your allowed smoke breaks and instead of taking a drag of a cigarette inhale clean fresh air, vitamin D and the view of the beautiful outdoors.
