Pixie (BSc.) is a 21 year old student from London and founder of Plantbased Pixie, a website with plantbased, gluten free, and refined sugar free recipes, which is dedicated to encouraging students to eat more healthily, and promoting the idea that healthy eating can easily be done on a budget. After a 5 year long negative relationship with food and being diagnosed with genetically high cholesterol levels she had enough and set out to radically change her lifestyle by first overcoming her sugar addiction, then cutting out dairy, meat, and finally gluten. The benefits speak for themselves: healthy cholesterol, clearer skin, fitter physique, and increased happiness! When not in the kitchen creating new recipes, you can find her posting daily on Instagram, at the gym, or playing with her cats!
