The Vego Detox Juice

Ingredients

  • 3 Carrots
  • 3 Kale Leaves
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Beetroot
  • 1 Large Handful Spinach
  • 1 Handful Cabbage (or cupful)
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Fill with Alkalised Water or Alternatively Coconut Water

Method

Cut all ingredients into pieces in relevant sizes for your juicer. Start with Carrots, kale, beetroot, spinach, cabbage. Add parsley, garlic followed by celery to wash through the garlic and parsley.

Depending on your thirst, add either Clean Water (reverse osmosis or distilled preferred, however alkalized is ok) or alternatively use Coconut Water.

Warning: The garlic is a kicker, great for detoxing, ridding any flues or colds your body may be fighting. Be aware… it can be strong on taste and if you’d prefer leave it out and replace with half a lemon.
